In order to help prevent unauthorized use, before you use the online booking system, please call usduring regular business hours. We will then make sure you are on file in our new system, and then give you your user id and a temporary password. Once you sign in to our online booking system, you will then be prompted to change your password to one that only you know!

The prior system used a completely different method of storing user ids and passwords, so it was, unfortunately, not possible to convert the old online booking information, so even if you were previously able to book online, you will still need a new user id and password in order to utilize our new system.

In most cases, your new user id will be your current email address. We must have your current email address on file, as the online booking system will communicate with you that way. So, when you phone in, we will do our best to make sure that the email address we have for you is current and spelled correctly!

If you have not already done so, please phone us at 541-343-6460 to get your new user id andtemporary password. Once you receive those, you will be able to go online and book your own appointments once again. It was not, unfortunately, possible to convert the old user ids and passwords from the prior system, so everyone gets to start fresh.

PLEASE NOTE: The system has been designed with an intentional limitation*. You will not be able to cancel or change any appointments through the online system. Should you need to make changes to one or more appointments or cancellations, please phone us at 541-343-6460.
